Black Garlic Steak Sandwich
Black Garlic can be sliced and added fresh/raw to a steak sandwich. It adds a new flavour and texture to an ordinary steak sandwich. OR It can be cooked with the steak and then added to the sandwich.
1 Swig of Olive Oil
1 200g x Rib Fillet Steak Sliced in half, horizontally down the center
1/2 Red Onion diced
3 Cloves of Black Black Garlic
1 Hand full of Baby Spinach
1 Tomato Sliced
Cheese of your choice
Salt, Pepper and Chilli Flakes to Season
Alternativley, instead of cooking the black garlic with the steak, we recommend you add it sliced fresh on top of the steak in the sandwich.
1. Heat the pan to high, add olive oil, diced onion and Black Garlic
2. Slice the steak down the center and add to pan’
3. Prepare Sandwich by toasting bread of your choice and adding fillings
4. Add steak and Season to Taste
